The suspension of trading in the securities of TMK Energy Limited will be lifted immediately following the release by TMK of an announcement attaching the orders from the Supreme Court of Western Australia in relation to a cleansing notice.

The Supreme Court of Western Australia heard the Company's application seeking orders in relation to the Company's inadvertent administrative oversight in not lodging a compliant cleansing notice or prospectus for various share issues since 2019. The Company is pleased to confirm that it has been granted the orders.

Notice is given in relation to the issue of the following fully paid ordinary shares: 70,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares on 31 October 2019; 5,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares on 2 February 2021; 1,895,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares on 14 February 2022; 600,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares on 9 June 2022; and 40,781,250 fully paid ordinary shares on 13 July 2022.

Excellent final gas content results for SL-02 and SL-03 wells with high gas contents confirmed at shallow depths (from ~170 metres). High gas saturation (84%) from SL-01 sample testing. Second drilling contractor now on location to accelerate the completion of the initial drilling program with Snow Leopard "“ 04 (SL-04) having commenced drilling on 16 August 2022. Snow Leopard "“ 03R (SL-03R) drilling rig waiting on equipment and drill crew availability (COVID related) from existing drilling contractor.

The securities of TMK Energy Limited will be suspended from quotation immediately under Listing Rule 17.2, at the request of TMK, pending the release of an announcement regarding a determination by the Supreme Court of Western Australia.

Snow Leopard - 1 has intersected 44 metres of gassy coal in the upper coal seam between the depths of 406m and 461m. Preliminary gas desorption results assessed over the weekend indicate high gas content and high gas saturation. Downhole geophysical surveys and a DST of the upper coal seam now underway, after which, drilling will continue to target a second lower coal seam. Snow Leopard - 1 is the first of four drill holes in the current exploration program, targeting thick coal seams at the Gurvantes XXXV Coal Seam Gas (CSG) Project in Mongolia.

The company releases a response to ASX Price and Volume Query.
