Redbank has submitted a win/win proposal to rehabilitate the Sandy Flat Mine Site. An outcome has been reached in relation to Investmet Limited whereby the liquidator, McGrathNicol has 30 days on a best endeavors basis to obtain a Court Order affirming they have the power to on sell the 14,117,117 Redbank shares held by Investmet. Following the issue of shares approved at a shareholder meeting on 21 May 2020, the Redbank shares held by Investmet constitute 5.77% of the issued capital of the Company. The outstanding loan amounts owed to Investmet continue to be under discussion. The ASX declined to reinstate Redbank to quotation until it is satisfied that the Company meets the requirements of Listing Rules 12.1 and 12.2.
