| Looking at the ASX Release of 15/8/13 attached above I think we shareholders have been kept in the dark for a reason. My guess is that Charterhill Group (accountants) want to list on the ASX without an IPO. They are using NFL as the backdoor to listing and its existing shareholder base to give them the spread of shareholding to meet ASX listing needs.
