The securities of Freedom Care Group Holdings Limited were suspended at FCG's request on 14 November 2024 regarding the outcome of discussions with the National Disability Insurance Agency regarding a payment suspension. Having regard to FCG's announcement on 5 December 2024 that voluntary administrators were appointed to its 100% owned subsidiary Freedom Care Group Pty Ltd, ASX has determined that FCG's financial condition is not adequate to warrant the continued quotation of its securities and is therefore in breach of Listing Rule 12.2. The securities will now continue to be suspended from quotation under Listing Rule 17.3. FCG securities will continue to remain suspended until such time that ASX is satisfied with FCG's compliance with the Listing Rules, including Listing Rule 12.2 and that it is otherwise appropriate for FCG's securities to be reinstated to quotation. | 16/12/2024 |
