The change of Company name from Berklee Limited to Basper Limited as approved by Shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 26 November 2013, has now been registered with both ASIC and the ASX. The ASX Code remains BER. With the signing of the sale contract for the Ballarat property on 23 December 2013 for $4.37 million, to be settled 17 April 2014, attention is now being given to the disposal of the balance of the Inventory, the liquidation of the subsidiary companies and to obtaining value for the corporate shell.
