Only a handful of listed entities maintain their own share register.

Advice of your COMMUNICATION requirements

All registries should provide one screen so that shareholders can advise how they wish to receive all communications. These days you should be able to elect to receive all communications electronically including notification of the annual report and payment statements, or specify your requirements for individual entities.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS NOTIFICATION To be used by securityholders to advise of any change of address.

NAME CORRECTION REQUEST AND INDEMNITY To be used by securityholders for minor corrections to registered name details.

SECTION 1071B STATEMENT Required to be completed by the executor/s or administrator/s of an estate where the probate or letters of administration have not been granted or resealed in the state or territory in which the securities are registered.

TRANSMISSION APPLICATION To be completed by the executor/s or administrator/s of an estate where the securities are to be removed from the deceased name into the name/s of the executor/s or administrator/s

deListed and many other professionals in the market place are well aware that the service provided by some registries out of some offices leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunately there is no regulatory authority for the registries. If you have a complaint in relation to a share registry, you should in the first instance direct your complaint to the Complaints Manager at the registry:
